2 apples

2 oz sliced almonds

1 ripe banana

1 tbsp raisins

1/2 tsp cinnamon powder

Preparation

Wash and dry apples 

Remove core and set on baking tray

Mash banana and mix with raisins and half of the almonds

Fill cored apples with the mixture

Set oven at 180 degrees celsius

Bake until tender

Sprinkle remaining almonds over baked apple

8 oz dried apricots

8 oz dried figs 

8 oz raisins

2 oz chopped walnuts

2 oz honey

Preparation

Soak dried fruits in hot water for 10 minutes

Drain fruits

Put fruits and honey in a blender

Coat hands with olive oil

Preparation

Remove seeds if any

Scope out pulp with a spoon

Wash and juice lemon 

Crush raspberries and add sugar and lemon juice

Mix together

Pour persimmon pulp into drinking glass
